This hands-on, competitive team-building workshop is designed to get participants fully engaged and thinking differently about diversity and inclusion. The unique and (dare we say it?) FUN excercise has been carefully crafted to foster greater awareness of and sensitivity to the role that privilege and biases often play in recruiting, hiring, work allocation, mentoring, and professional development. Participants will leave with a greater understanding of the need for (and stronger desire to prioritize) initiatives to improve your organization's inclusiveness and commitment to equity for all its lawyers and staff.
