A/V Requirements

ReelTime AV Requirements

 ReelTime will provide:

• Laptop: Depending upon the program we will present from either our Mac or PC laptop
• Mac adaptor for LCD projector (Please let us know whether your room has a VGA, HDMI, or other connection)
• Power Point Remote Control

Sponsor will provide:

• Screen
• LCD projector (VGA or HDMI cable)
• Internet Connection: Wireless internet is sufficient for most programs. We will request a wired connection as needed (i.e. if we present with Prezi).
• Auxiliary or Ceiling Speakers: Audio hookup through laptop head phone jack or HDMI connection
• Wireless mics, if necessary, depending upon number of registrants and size of room
• Handheld Mic(s) if necessary, depending upon number of registrants, whether we are webcasting or recording, etc.
